We currently only ship to the UK, however we are launching international shipping very soon. Please subscribe to our newsletter to be the first the find out when this is available.

Can I cancel my order?

We pack our orders fast, so please get in touch ASAP if you'd like to cancel your order.
If it hasn't been packed or shipped yet, we'll be able to cancel and refund you the full amount. Please contact info@saintchiara.com with your order number and our customer service team will see if they can help you.
Please note: we cannot guarantee modifications before dispatch.

What if I want an item that is out of stock?

We regularly update our page with new stock, or returned stock. You can sign up to to the waitlist on the chosen product and be notified when it becomes available.

How can I exchange my order?

How do I return my order?
